My grandma has lived at Heritage Point for a year and the care she’s been given has exceeded our expectations. The staff at Heritage Point take care of her like she’s their loved one. They are excellent about staying in communication with us. The director truly cares and I’ve popped in numerous times to see her visiting with my grandma and helping feed her. The nurses and caregivers are compassionate and attentive. April engages each resident in fun activities and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. Heritage Point is extremely secure and has been a safe environment for my grandma. It is well worth the cost for high quality care. Our family is greeted by name and is very comfortable at Heritage Point. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that will care for their loved ones well. ~ Christie G

The nature of a memory care facility is a tricky once. First and foremost, it must have "facility" removed from the vernacular. My visits to Iris in Tulsa have been many in number. Each time I visit I observe another trait that is witness to their integrity. I notice residents engaged either in an activity or in simple conversation and interaction with staff. I see those who's disease has taken their attention to wander, do so safely. I hear residents being addressed by name and respected as their past AND present selves deserve. The community is bright and simple as to reduce the effects of sundowners, promote visual safety and reduce over stimulation. Iris has done well in both its physical design AND unique "neighborhood" approach to care. The Tulsa location can boast longevity and dedication of leadership to provide a service well done. ~ Beth S

I moved my mother into Heritage Point soon after it opened in December 2016. Previously, she had been at an assisted living elsewhere and then was transferred into their memory care unit. I wasn't happy with the memory care and decided to move her to Heritage Point. During her three years there she was very well cared for and her needs were met. They did a great job of keeping her engaged and active up until the end. I could tell the staff generally cared about her and took a personal interest in meeting her needs. If I had it to do all over again I would definitely entrust them with the care of a loved one. ~ John H
